Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your mooncat treasures in their original boxes.

  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as your return travels back to our lunar headquarters.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange shades within 5-7 business days.
